DNA testing has confirmed that the right man was convicted of a brutal burglary, robbery and rape in Greenwood Village nearly a quarter-century ago.

Denver Police Detectives have obtained an arrest warrant for a suspect who may be involved in several burglaries’ including auto theft in South Denver and Arapahoe County areas.  The suspect is identified as Rory Dale Crosley, A.K.A Pony Boy (D.O.B 01/13/1980). He is described as a white male, 6’2, 180-200lbs, brown hair, blue eyes, and has tattoos on his back, forearm, shoulders, and chest. He is known to steal vehicles out of open garages; he is believed to be armed and dangerous and should not be approached.

A bill sponsored by Representative Claire Levy, that would make secure juvenile detention facilities the default placement for juveniles who are prosecuted in adult court passed the House Judiciary Committee today by a unanimous vote.
